The prices for participation for the DTU PES Summer School 2024 are as follows.
- MSc and PhD Students: 6000 DKK (approx 800€)*
- Academia and SMEs (see definition here): 8500 DKK (approx 1150€)
- Large industries (non SMEs): 16 000 DKK (approx 2150€)
This payments covers the welcome reception on Sunday evening before the school begins, vegetarian lunch and snacks on all days, and an organised social event. Accommodation and transportation costs before and during the summer school are not covered. Links to a payment portal will be shared with you upon acceptance into the summer school.
We offer a limited number of scholarships for applicants who cannot afford the trip to Denmark; please refer to Execellence scholarship page for more information. These scholarships are restricted to Academia; industry colleagues should use the normal route to participate in the school.
