Registration is open to all: PhD students, postdocs, industry professionals, researchers, and final-year MSc students.
Send us your application, including a description of your background, your research work and why the content of the summer school is relevant to your work.
Due to the limited amount of available seats, we will select the admitted students based on the received applications. The acceptance rate of applications in summer school 2019 was around 55%. We encourage the applicants to provide a decent motivation letter, including all the items requested.
Admission confirmation will be sent by February 7th, 2020.
In case of acceptance, you will receive an email with instructions about the final registration and payment.

- Non-students: 800€
Fees cover breakfast, lunch and social events (welcome reception June 21st, dinner on June 22nd, social event on June 24th). Accommodation and transportation are not included in tuition fees. Fees are to be paid by credit card or bank transfer upon successful application.
Accommodation in shared rooms at the centrally located Danhostel can be provided for 6 nights from June 21 to June 27 for an additional amount of 300€. The rooms are shared by 3 people and include a private bathroom. Breakfast is included. Danhostel is located in central Copenhagen with access to main public transportation. Commute by public transportation from Danhostel to DTU Lyngby takes about 50 minutes.
You are welcome to find alternative accommodation yourself, but note that you need to book well in advance as Copenhagen is hosting the EURO2020 cup in the same week.
Two MOSEK scholarships will be awarded to outstanding PhD student applicants. The awardees will be announced during the event and the registration fee will be refunded to the winners after the event.
The scholarship does not cover transportation, traveling and accommodation costs.
This year, DTU will award at most 3 scholarships to MSc students. The registration fee for the winners is waived. The awardees will be notified before the event.
Besides the registration fee, each awardee will receive travel compensation of 350€ after the event.
